a favourite piece of art.

-I think  I don't  have a favourite piece of art. I am still finding my favourite artist or piece of art. At the moment I only have a favourite style of arte and this it: Rococó.

-I like the Rococó because the paintings, and the decorations were for private and small spaces. Only the aristocratic groups, like the kings or the nobleness had Rococó objects; for instance, the furniture, the paintings, the dresses of the ladies, etc. All of the people who liked Rococó art, were very worried about their own aesthetic presentation, they always wore make-up  and wig, their were definitely fancy.

One of the most known artist of the Rococó's style was Fragonard:
 - He painted about the enjoyment, the luxurius of the places, the botanic gardens, and the may of his paintings was the gallantry.

-For example, you can see in this picture how the lady of the  swing flirt with the man in the shrub. She trow her shoe like a gesture to tell him: "I'm available to get a romance with you".

-This kind of paintings were very interesting for he royalty because, they were the only in the kingdom were able to enjoy and appreciate this kind of art; they thought they were a superior taste  in art and for this reason they only dedicated to pleasure.

the best concert I've had

Panic at the disco!
The best concert I've ever had was in 2009, when my ex favorite band Panic at the disco arrived in Chile in April of that year.

I bought the tickets as soon as I knew about the concert, but I was too little to go by myself, so my oldest brother had to take me to the concert. He loves the music, He wanted to be a rock musician before, he didn't discriminate the different kinds of music. 

This band was an alternative, circus, rock band, and I was an alternative teenager, I wanted to be different from my classmates, then I was listening another kind of music, from the rest of them.

The concert was in the Movistar Arena, and my father got us VIP tickets to see my idols the nearest we could. My brother Marche was all the time by my side, and I was annoying because I jumped, danced, screamed and my brother wanted to protect me from the other jumps jajaja I had to tell him live alone and go to the bottom of the ground ajajajja I was the worst.

after the concert, the news of Canal 13 asked me about the concert, and after that I'd to run because my father was outside and We had to come back to Talca fastly, because the next day I got the SIMCE in my school, I slept only 3 hours, it was workth it.

A country i'd like to visit

Hello everybody again,
Today I'm going to talk about a country I would like to visit.
My country dream always have been Italy because My Family has Italians customs, and my father always inculcated that tradition to me and my brothers, but first I would like to visit England, because I think the only way to learn a good English, is live in a place with that language.

 So, I would like to travel to London in the first semester of my last year of the career, because in that semester I could organize myself, save money, and get an exchange to the University College of London (UCL) on Art History, maybe with that methodology of study I could be a bilingual person.

I know only a few things of the country, all of them related with the monuments, like the Big Ben and the Buckingham Palace, but I think England has more places to visit than the most known like, Liverpool, Stonehenge, Bath, Cambridge.

"Evaluation of your Blogging Experience"

My overall experience on the blog sessions has been good because it is a good writing exercise for those who want to learn another language. Many times my teacher has had to correct my grammar on the blog's, especially in the past tenses, but corrections are good, so I can improve every day.

I not feel my development in the escitura has improved due to the Blog's sessions, learn more in the classroom when the teacher makes us write by hand on a topic. With the blog's sometimes many have cheated and we searched words internet translators. In the future prefer this type of form did not exist because I do not consider fully effective, they might function as homework, but not as a class session.

I wish I could learn to write correctly in English. I hope to go to London exchange, so I hope to improve my writing and my pronunciation to understand what happens in class.


In general, English classes have motivated me to continue making progress in this foreign language and have become aware of its importance for the future. I hope that very soon not have the need to look up words I do not understand the Internet and can be proud of my progress and those who have contributed to that.

travels

I mistakenly erased everything he had written for the blog, then I will try to resume my ideas.

My dream is  travel to Europe, I would like to know all countries, but I have a special interest in the countries of Italy, France, Greece and Russia. I think the important thing is not only the place, the people who accompany you are traveling is important too. I would travel to Italy with my dad, I think the dream of traveling to Italy of my dad is greater than mine, because all the hobbies relate with Italian customs. I would love to travel to France and Greece with my boyfriend because I think they are the most romantic countries, especially the city of Paris and the Cyclades Islands. Finally, I would like to go Russia alone, the reason can be funny look but this is: as a child loved the movie "Anastasia", this film tells the story of the legend of the lost daughter of Zar Nicholas II -Romanov dynasty- also recreates some beautiful landscapes with the most luxurious palaces. I think Russia is a place to remember, I have not exactly about what I should to remember but I will be waiting for the answer once trip to this country.

A Subject I've enjoyed studying this semester

I choose My career because I love Art and the way that make me feel, I draw and sometime I paint too, but when I take a book I feel how my brain absorbed the contents. My career mix my two loves in a theoretical way.

My favourite course in my career at this moment is Art History, and this year, especially this semester I like the teaching methodology because the Miss focuses on image analysis. 

The subject that I most liked was Impressionism. I like the way the painters worked intensely colors and smoothness by which developed his paintings, each painting was a unique work delivering completely painter particular impression on its historical context. It's nice when artists are aware of events and be able to convey the story through painting.

But I have one criticism of the development of the course. Often they mention us the historical period of the artist or visual work, but not internalized in the historical context, when often the context contributes to a correct analysis of the painting and also helps the student to associate artistic periods with a time specific.

A career-related website that you enjoy to visit.

The website that I often use to my career is www.wordreference.com because, the most of my homeworks, reports and test are written. All my teachers require me a good writing, then I need to know synonyms to to avoid repeating the words, besides, is necessary to know the meaning of words to make a coherent written. This website allows me to get all the conjugations I need to do my work.

Often turn to this website, even when I do not remember the meaning of certain words or have doubts about how a word is written, which is why I turn to the website daily. It is a page that can all be used to everyday problems, also it is a well known website for students of secondary and university for being easy to use.

For all these reasons it is that I believe that www.wordreference.com is a website that everyone needs in their lives. Especially good for me because the technology is not mine, then to be easy, useful and a good dictionary in English / Spanish It helps me with my language needs.
